I was born in Boston Massachussetts in 1991 and moved to Arlington, Vermont in 1994. Although I moved when I was only three years old, I still remember vividly my old neighborhood of Jamaica Plain and go back there often to visit. I was blessed to have been born into a whole family of artists and musicians, where in that creative surrounding, I have developed into the artist that I am today.
Currently, I am a senior at Arlington Memorial High School and I plan to attend MassArt to study fashion design. My work has been shown at Southern Vermont Art Center as well as the Bennington Museum. I have been featured in Vermont News Guide promoting my business of painting portraits from photographs. I was recently awarded the 2008 Council of Fashion Designers of America/ Teen Vogue Scholarship which includes $25,000 for education, a free trip to Teen Vogue Fashion University in New York City during Fashion Week, and much more. Check out the "Links" page where you will find the link to the frontpage article in the Bennington Banner.
